Reconstruction from Zernike Moments

As described previously [21,33], reconstructed images, $\hat{f}(x,y)$, were generated from Zernike moments using

$$\hat{f}(x,y) = \sum_{n=0}^{n_{max}}\sum_{l}^{}Z_{nl}V_{nl}(x,y)$$ (2.15)

where $0 \leq l \leq n$, n-l is even, and n_max is the highest degree of moments used (12 in this case).
