The Matlab code and primary data can be downloaded here as a 1.5MB zip file.

The intermediate results files that are generated by the code and then used to generate the figures can be downloaded here as a 6.8MB zip file. To use it, unzip it in the directory created containing the Matlab code and primary data. The tables and figures can then be generated using the makefiguresv2.m script.
