Fluorescence images of CHO cells using five different labels
(anti-giantin, Hoechst 33258 (DNA), anti-lamp2, anti-nop4,
anti-tubulin).
These images were used in our image classification
and typical image selection
projects, and have been referenced in the following publications:

All files are in ZIP archive format and each will expand to between
12 MB (NOP4) and 42 MB (LAMP2) after extraction.
The files have
been computationally deconvolved using the nearest-neighbor algorithm,
and have been cropped to include one cell per image. All pixels
outside the cropped region have been set to 0.
